At Grinding Controls Technologies, we realize there are many unique applications. Our grinding features can be used with different GrindMaster controls making it easy to tailor each GrindMaster to suit your application. If we don't have a feature you need, we will develop it for you.

A. Complete Control Retrofit

Grinding Controls Technologies can provide a turn key control retrofit for your machine. This is practical when the machine is in good condition and you wish to upgrade your control.

B. Complete Machine Retrofit

Grinding Controls Technologies can work with an appropriate grinding machine re-builder to repair and upgrade your machine mechanically and electrically. In new applications where you do not have a grinding machine, we can sometimes locate and retrofit a used machine.

C. OEM Package

Some machine builders prefer to mount the control components in custom enclosures. Grinding Controls Technologies can provide the GrindMaster components separately or mounted to a sub-panel of your choice. We also provide custom enclosures and start-up assistance.

D. Basic Package

Grinding Controls Technologies provides an operator station, a control station, selected field devices and start-up assistance.
